Atlas Circuit
Privacy policy
Last updated 27 September 2026
Atlas Circuit is a running game for iPhone made by Tom Oliver. This policy explains what the game does with information about you. The short version: it does not collect any.
What stays on your phone
The game keeps a few things in its own storage on your device so it can remember you between runs:
- the name you type in for your lap times;
- your lap times, distances, scores and which cities you have unlocked;
- your graphics, sound and frame-rate settings;
- the in-game photos and viewpoints you have found.
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. It is deleted when you delete the app.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library. It does not share or sell data because it does not have any to share.
Children
Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children either.
Changes
If a future version adds anything that sends information off your device, such as online leaderboards, this policy will be updated first and the change described in the app's release notes and on this page.
